Lencore’s award winning Spectra® System uses E-Sound® and IndePage™ technology to provide you with the highest level of speech privacy while creating the most comfortable office environment. The self-contained system is available in both in-plenum and direct-fired speakers for optimal system versatility and flexibility.

Ideal for projects from 2,500 - 75,000 sq. feet. Available with in-plenum or direct-fired speaker distribution and can incorporate masking, paging and music. It has an available 24/7, multi-event programmable timer. Offers superior sound quality and uniformity for speech privacy and comfort.

The Lencore Spectra® Sound Masking System meets ASTM standards for speech privacy and ASTM standards for both spatial and temporal uniformity of sound. The system requires no on-going maintenance and is manufactured with high levels of recycled content and within strict environmental guidelines. The system is low voltage, energy efficient and UL listed for use in the plenum.

The Lencore Spectra® System offers tremendous tuning capabilities and can be adjusted to +/- ½ dB and features independent and central volume controls as well as an optional 24/7 Programmable Timer. In addition, the system can double as a fully adjustable paging system. Lencore’s IndePage™ Technology enables the masking and paging to be completely adjustable and independent both centrally and locally.

Specfications:

The Lencore Spectra® unit consists of an individual self-contained sound generator, audio amplifier, loudspeaker, AC to DC power supply converter in an aluminum enclosure, powered by a 16-18 volt AC step-down transformer. Additional central control capabilities are available. The sound gnertor is a CMOS programmed micro-controller integrated circuit.

Acoustical Analysis and Diagnostic Tools:

The Lencore Sound and Privacy Evaluation and Criteria, (SPEC™) program serves as a dianostic and planning tool for sound masking and paging systems. The computer program is able to qualify and analyze the acoustical performance levels of your space before and after incorporating Lencore sound masking. The software enables a fact-based approach to analyzing and predicting spatial and temporaral uniformity of sound for sound masking. It can further predict the improvement of privacy levels in a space both fefore and afater the proposed masking system is installed. This program can document speech privacy levels for corporate office spaces. It can also help document safeguards undertaken at health care facilities and financial institutions as they look to meet federal mandates for oral privacy.
